President FDR's "New Deal" were made up of three R's. The 3 R's were Relief, Recovery, and Reform. Relief was when the government helped out the individuals who were recently unemployed. Recovery was targeted to help the economy come back from a depression, and Reform was to make sure that any previous crisis does not happen again.
